My name is Tara. It is an honor to support you in your wellness journey! I am committed to ensuring that your therapeutic needs and concerns are given full attention. I’ve been in practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010 after graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT), and receiving Board Certification shortly after. It is my goal to help you find relief either by decreasing or eliminating pain, helping you feel relaxed, or helping you restore function and balance to soft tissue. As part of giving you my best, I’ve been engaging in ongoing continuing education in various aspects of massage and bodywork for a little over a decade. It’s been a joy to work with a variety of amazing people over the years, and see others feel both the immediate and long term benefits in working towards their wellness goals. I’m thankful for such an opportunity to support as many as possible in these endeavors through the work of massage therapy. It is a reward all in itself!

Enfield has been my home since I married my husband in 2005. Our family since then has grown to include our son and 3 cats.

I am an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) – a professional organization that ensures the highest ethical and performance standards.
