Initial appointments are generally 60 to 75 minutes. This visit includes time for a thorough history and assessment as well as treatment time. Please keep in mind that the time noted above is not all hands-on time as I believe that treatments are about what needs to be done to help you get better faster without the common constraints of traditional ‘by the minute’ massage sessions (60 minutes, 90 minutes, etc.) that you may be used to seeing with other practitioners.

Cancellation Policies

Like any office I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that initial appointments will be held with a credit card. You will only be charged if proper notice is not given.
