Mary Hurley, owner of Sunshine-n-Daisies LLC, (At Hazardville Wellness) created the Better Busy Lifestyle Studio with the mission to help busy people take back control of their bodies through a combination of healthy food, realistic physical activity and positive lifestyle choices. As a former performing arts manager, Mary has a unique perspective on managing healthy living for those with unpredictable, irregular, and “crazy-busy” schedules.
Mary is a certified personal trainer and holds specialty certificates in Therapeutic Exercise, Orthopedic Exercise and Senior Fitness programming (ACE Certification No. T155920). She is also a Level One Corrective Exercise Specialist in The BioMechanics Method® for chronic pain management. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition health coaching program in 2013 and became a TLS Weight Loss Solutions Coach in 2015.
