Kelly is a Licensed Massage Therapist and has been working in the field since 2012. She studied Massage Therapy at Branford Hall Institute in Springfield, MA and became licensed in February of 2012 in the state of Massachusetts. In 2016, she received her Board Certification and License in the state of CT. Over the years, she’s served communities in western MA and north central CT gaining experience in clinical and therapeutic settings while working alongside chiropractors, physical therapists and other wellness professionals. In 2016, she was certified in Usui Reiki and embarked on her solo journey as an integrative practitioner and has found it to be supremely rewarding and enjoyable. She takes great care to create a safe and sacred space within each session for the client’s healing process. She believes healing is multifaceted and honors each client’s journey as a bio-individual. Kelly feels it’s important that the healing process never feels rushed. “I believe the process begins with that first step in the direction of health and healing. It’s an act of self love. It’s about cultivating awareness around health as a holistic and symbiotic relationship with the Universe. Everything is interconnected and my goal is to help client’s recognize this and the patterns within their own lives that contribute to their health and wellbeing.” Kelly believes this process involves releasing energy from each day and most often that comes within the form of conversation, intentional movement, bodywork and energy work. She believes that everything is energy and based on experiences we’ve encountered in our lifetimes, we often carry some of that emotional energy trapped within our physical bodies. She is a heart-centered, deeply compassionate therapist and cares about each and every one of her client’s wellbeing. Kelly is trained in traditional & prenatal massage and uses a variety of techniques in each session based on her client’s needs. These include but are not limited to; deep tissue work, compression, stretching, and trigger point therapy. She is currently in training to be an integrative nutrition health coach. She believes your health is your most important investment, and this includes all aspects of health: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Her goal with each session is to help you restore and maintain balance and wellness of body, mind & spirit.
In her free time Kelly enjoys being outdoors hiking, running, biodynamic gardening and beekeeping. She is an avid yogi and thrives on daily exercise. She loves cooking, music, designing beautiful spaces and spending quality time adventuring or just hanging out at home with her fiance and their two boys, Koda & Hendrix and their dog Rucky.
